On Site Installation and Training
Our on-site installation and training service provides you a member of our staff at your office for installation, consulting, setup and training. They will help you with initial client set up or conversion, loading files, and training of your staff so you can use the system faster and more effectively.
If you are converting from another software package, we provide data import procedures to minimize your startup time and costs. We have a staff of qualified database experts to make the transition as painless as possible.
If you have special requirements, you can contract with us for custom programming. We can customize the system to meet your specific needs. Although our systems are flexible and comprehensive, there may be specific situations when just a little something extra is required. We're here to help you make that happen.
We offer several levels of customer support to meet the varying needs and budget of our clients. These include:
Access to our on-line FAQ database via the internet (under development)
Access to our on-line FTP site for program updates (under development)
e-mail access to our customer service technicians with 4 hour response (during normal business hours)
Today Level 3 support is available. We are in the process of developing our on-line FAQ databases. We expect to have this ready sometime in 2003.
Annual License Maintenance
The annual license maintenance (ALM) fees keep your system current. The fees are based on your licensed products and number of users. ALM entitles you to all upgrades and updates during the ALM period (usually 1 year). ALM customers will also have access to on-line program updates using the internet.
